On March 3, 2025, AFN submits the affidavit of Amber Potts to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal regarding the long-term reform of the First Nations Child and Family Services Program. 

Last week on Treaty 7 Territory, First Nations from across the country voted to ensure all First Nations children are forever protected from Canada’s discrimination in child and family services and set forward a plan to do so.

Canada submits its August 29, 2024 factum as part of the non-compliance motion on Jordan's Principle.
